Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how creators, listeners, and visitors should use Zed Streams. By creating an account, uploading content, listening, purchasing, promoting, or using any feature on the platform, you agree to follow these terms.
Creator Opinions and Responsibility
Zed Streams does not support, endorse, approve, or represent the personal opinions, statements, lyrics, artwork, interviews, comments, or views of registered creators, artists, contributors, or users on the platform.
Every creator is fully responsible for the content they upload or share. If a creator is found wanting because of their content, statements, conduct, copyright violations, defamation, offensive material, illegal activity, or any other issue connected to their content, Zed Streams will not be responsible for the case, claim, loss, dispute, damage, or legal action. Zed Streams only provides the platform where content can be uploaded, discovered, streamed, promoted, or sold.
1. Platform Role
Zed Streams provides a digital music and content platform. We help creators publish, promote, and monetize their work, and we help listeners discover and support music. We are not the owner, author, manager, publisher, or legal representative of content uploaded by independent creators unless this is stated in writing.
2. Creator Content
Creators must only upload music, images, text, releases, videos, artwork, or other material that they own, control, or have clear permission to use. Creators must not upload stolen, copyrighted, misleading, hateful, abusive, defamatory, sexually exploitative, violent, fraudulent, or illegal content.
3. Personal Views
Opinions expressed by creators belong only to those creators. Content published on Zed Streams should not be treated as the opinion, position, message, advice, or endorsement of Zed Streams, its owners, staff, partners, advertisers, or service providers.
4. Complaints and Takedowns
If content is reported for copyright, abuse, impersonation, defamation, illegal activity, or violation of these terms, Zed Streams may review, restrict, remove, demonetize, or disable the content or account. We may also cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where required.
5. Account Suspension
Zed Streams may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, abuse the platform, manipulate streams, mislead listeners, violate payment rules, upload unauthorized content, or expose the platform and its users to harm.
6. Listener Use
Listeners must use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Users must not attempt to hack, scrape, duplicate, resell, redistribute, or misuse music, downloads, accounts, payments, promotions, or any platform feature.
7. Purchases and Downloads
Paid downloads, premium purchases, promotions, and other paid features are provided according to the price and access shown at the time of purchase. Access may be restricted if payment fails, is reversed, is fraudulent, or violates platform rules.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zed Streams will not be liable for creator disputes, creator opinions, user-generated content, copyright claims, losses caused by user conduct, third-party actions, or content uploaded without proper rights or permissions.
9. Updates to These Terms
Zed Streams may update these terms when necessary. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
